Please find below our answers to the most common questions asked by Brides and Grooms prior to booking your photography and videography services :-) :-)

How long generally after the wedding till we receive the photos? 

Standard ETA for both photos and video is 3-4 months after the wedding day :-) 

Standard ETA for Albums are 2 months after the final design is approved

Do you offer same day edits & approx what price range is this?

Yes we do and it's $1000 on top of any package you choose since the work itself is quite intensive

Do you charge a travel fee? If so, what are the costs?

If your wedding is in Sydney there's usually no travel fee, it's best if we can talk about your day first and I can advice in greater details

How are the photos and video delivered and best method for backup

Photos and Video are delivered via online gallery with protected passwords and download pin. After we deliver to you the final photos and video, the final edited video and photos will stay on the link for the duration of 2 years.

Can I please ask if you can save them to your own Google Drive as back up so you have access to them forever? We used to deliver USBs to our clients but the USBs tends to get lost all the time especially when you are moving houses, Google Drive is probably the best place to store all of your precious memories since they will stay with your email on clouds storage forever.

We do not keep the raw photos and video footage after we have delivered the final photos/video so please let us know if you want them for memories, we can copy everything onto the drive and you can reimburse us the hard drive cost. :-)

How much of a deposit do you require & when is it due

Deposit is $500 and can we please ask if you can send us the deposit to lock down the date as soon as you can? The sooner we can get the deposit the sooner we can lock the team down for you and say no to other inquiries on the same day :-)

Please note the deposit is non refundable so if you change your mind, book another company or are gifted another photography services by relatives we can't refund the deposit to you. :-) :-)

What is your Covid policy for when there are changes in restrictions?

I can move your booking if we have another lock down depending on our availability for the new dates.

Can I please ask if you check with me first before you decide to move your date?

If you move your date first and I'm not available on the new date I can't refund to you the deposit :-)

How is the balance paid and what is your preffered payment method

Balance is paid 1 week before the wedding day and if we can please ask for bank transfer or cash payment that would be great!

Unfortunately we don't accept credit card payment :-)

If we want to enlarge more photos in the future, is the resolution high enough so we can do this ourselves or would we have to do this through you?

All photos we delivered to you are of high resolution, you can definitely enlarge yourself so no need to go through us.

Most of the time photos printed from BigW or Officeworks do not have their color calibrated correctly so it won't show the color we have on the photos 

If you want lab-quality print with correct color and exposure I would suggest you definitely go through us. You can order prints from our online gallery and the photos will get shipped directly to your address, simply click on the trolley icon on the photos you want printed :-)

What are the differences between the packages; why would we want to pick the 15hrs package over the 12hrs or 10hrs packages

The 15hrs package is for when you have 2 traditional ceremonies/tea ceremonies in the morning, a church/civil ceremony in the early afternoon, location photoshoot in the afternoon and reception at night, it is also our most popular package :-)

Standard timing for the packages is as follows:

15hrs Coverage

Coverage from 7am until 10pm

7am: Photo/Video starts 

7am-8am: Preparations of the bride and groom, travelling

8am-10am: Tea/Traditional Ceremony at Bride house

10am - 11am: Tea/Traditional Ceremony at Groom house

2pm - 3pm: Church/Civil Ceremony

3pm - 4pm: Location Photoshoot

6pm - 10pm: Reception

12hrs Coverage

12hrs Coverage is for when you have 1 small tea ceremony in the late morning

Coverage from 10am until 10pm

10am - 11am: Tea ceremony

2pm - 3pm: Church/Civil Ceremony

3pm - 4pm: Location Photoshoot

6pm - 10pm: Reception

10hrs coverage

10hrs Coverage is for when you don't have any tea/traditional ceremony in the morning

Coverage from Midday until 10pm

12-1pm: Photo/video starts

2pm - 3pm: Church/Civil Ceremony

3pm - 4pm: Location Photoshoot

6pm - 10pm: Reception

You also mentioned the planning process for what happens on the day. Are you able to give us a brief rundown on this like what generally happens each day - timing etc.

I think you can use our packages as guidelines.

When we meet for coffee I can go through our standard timing of other weddings and go through a brief plan with you for your wedding day.
